A minimum guarantee of 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Total electric consumption has to be provided by the client for catering use.
Payment in full is required for all catering services to be provided by Bhandari Caterers prior to 15 days of the event.
We accept no liability for any food supplied to the Client by another caterer (or food products suppliers by the event. the Client themselves) in addition to those arranged by Bhandari Caterers.
All bookings are subject to minimum guest numbers which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
We will not be held responsible for the Mobile, Jewellery, and any other theft, loss, or damage to any personal effects of the Client or gifts brought onto premises by the Client guests.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed not later than 15 working days prior to the event.
Final Guest Count is not subject to reduction, Any additional Guest after the stated period is subject to extra charges as may be imposed by the CATERER.
The Client agrees to pay for any loss or damage to any equipment, crockery, cutlery or glassware supplied extra charges as may be imposed by the CATERER. by us for the event, including any issues caused by the Client guests.
Menu selections have to be finalized latest by 15 days prior to the function /event.
CLIENT will be charged the applicable current rate for all services rendered as determined by the concerned government body.
The advance shall not be refunded against cancellation.
Taxes will be charged as extra.
We shall not Provide Quarter plates with any specialty cuisine.
